National & Local companies, non-profits, and church groups have discovered the Farm as an alternative to hotel meeting spaces for team-building planning retreats and multiple functions.  The Farm offers meeting spaces (either open air or cooled/heated) for groups as large as 125 and on-site housing in 10 beds.  We work with nearby (9 miles) hotels for additional housing if needed.  We can provide all the tables, chairs, and linens, your group requires, as well as the set-up and breakdown of all spaces.  

We can also provide turnkey catering of food and beverages, based upon your needs, including breakfasts, lunch, dinner, and breaks.  Our catering partners will customize a menu that ranges simple to elaborate including on-site, demonstration cooking, or grilling if desired.  

Accommodations

$1200 per night Plus 9% Taxes

$500 Cleaning and Linens (we provide towels and linens) 

$500 Damage Deposit (refundable provided no damages or missing items)

Holiday weeks require a 10%-20% premium
Stays over 4 nights receive a 10% discount on the rental rate
